Cyrano Management S.A. is LA-CIF’s fund manager. Cyrano´s duties include:

	Identifying, analyzing and creating business opportunities.  .
	Analyzing, monitoring and supervising the creditworthiness and performance of LA-CIF’s clients. .
	Structuring, appraising, negotiating and closing client agreements.   .
	Convening and managing credit committees, board of directors and shareholder meetings.
	Fundraising.
